VDRL, RPR, TPHA . What is the difference between those tests all of them are detecting syphilis i did TPHA test after more than 2 years of my last exposure it wasn't detected it was negative so does that mean i dont have syphils or should i do the other tests VDRL OR RPR ?

Sir , window period that is after 5 to 6 month I test hiv it came nagative and after 1 year my wife got pragnent her hiv test result is retro viral non reactive so do I have to test again plz help me
