I have a blob growing in my pubic region. It is starting to hurt a bit. It had been growing for a week now.

This has been since a few weeks and some whitish thing is also present .. is it something serious ?

I eat food tht was spaghetti i assume tht their was hiv blood in it after 47 days i tested rapid test negative thn westren blot test at 57 days negative cmia value was 0.10 negative thn at 81 days I tested clia test negative value was 0.11 and thn agian at 84 days I test p24antigen +hiv antibody test negative This I tested in Dubai and value was 0.28 negative plz tell me m i negative or further test is needed

I have urine incontinence and I went to a urologist for an examination. After some test which included diabetes, uti, pre and post void scans, uroflammetry He then suspected that there is some small blockage in the urethra itself and nothing was found in diabetes, UTI and even scans So now I am on drug for three months namely Alphuzosin. I wanted to consult that is that drug safe and is there any other possibility as now after regular medication I feel urine dribble. And I do not have any problem in the night after I go to sleep. No urgency or no need to wake up
