My wife has both fallopian tubes blocked. First done HSG and then laparoscopy (tubercles were seen in laparoscopy) but all TB test including Gene Xpert came negative. Now my infertility expert doctor wants to start tb course so that IVF can have better chances as tubercles were seen. She suggested medicine AKT4 for initial 2 months. I heard that there are many anti TB drugs and combination of right drug is very much important. I want to know if AKT4 is a right drug for genital TB or I should consult any other doctor too? Please help. Also it would be great help if 2nd test suggest below LFT can be described. I searched it on internet but didn't found any such medical test.

Hi i've been diagonised with a cold sore and the doctor has prescribed me with 400mg zovirax 3 times for 5 days. This is the second time i am experiencing an outbreak. How long does it take for the primary outbreak to occur once the virus has been contracted. What measures/supplements can i take on a daily basis to prevent reoccurrence when i feel the tingling sensation next time? How can i avoid my husband contracting at times when i do not have a breakout? Please help.

Can hiv cause only fever and chills as it's symptom for 7 days . Last exposure 2 years back since then didn't had fever for so long but suddenly from last week I have high fever along with chills . When the fever goes chills come when the chills come fever goes. That too fever comes in the evening not during the day. Did a CBC it was normal . Usg shows enlarged spleen. Please advice
