I am 26 years old, i gave a 10 month old daughter she was delivered naturally, i want to ask are mentrual cup safe to be used during periods. Do they have any impact on the health?

On july 20 i took an ipill and had a nrml 3 day bleeding on 30th after 10 days. Again i got my next 3 days period on septber 10th which is after 2 months after previous bleeding. Now again on dec 30 i had an bleeding which im still having for around 12 days by now. Is there any problem ? Pls pls help me. What should i do now ?
