I am 44 year male, My testosterone level is 354 ng/dl. According to my age Please let me know whether I need any medication to increase testosterone level or it is adequate. Suffering minor ED Problem.

I have a grade 1 varicocele and have been prescribed Deflon 500mg .Recently I have also experienced ED 4 5 times, I did not tell this to my doctor. Can taking Deflon 500 may increase the problem of ED.

Does the onset of mynoclonic jerks (and insomnia caused by it) after treatment of secondary syphilis (less than 1 year) mean that the person has neurosyphilis? No other neurological symptom. Is this normal in secondary syphilis treatment?
