From past 2 years I have pimples and darks spots, I have used haladi and alovera. Still I couldn't see any recovery so now I am using cleargel cream for pimples and kojiglo gold cream for dark spots. My face was like glass skin but now it's look like brown spots. The pimples is reduced but still have dark spots. What else should I do?

Is there any possibility to take any medicine and how many days and how many time should i take? Please help me.

I know its normal before periods one can feel breast pain. But is it normal when i start to feel the pain 8 days after my periods are over and the pain remains till the next period starts. Please let me know if i need to get a physical check. Because i cannot bear any pressure on my breasts as it starts to pain with any little pressure. Also the touch in both feels different now.
