I take ovral l Yesterday 1 took one extra pill by mistake cause I thought I chewed the normal dose and I thought it woudnt be effective Today I took extra 1dose as the previous dose got stuck in my throat Will it have a big impact on my hormone level Will I protected? I always take pill regularly on time. Will I be protected this cycle.

Iam 38 years old male. I am taking meds for Hypertension borderline and DIABETES from past 2.5 years. 2 years back my VDRL report came positive. I consulted the doctor and they told me to go for TPHA test, which came Non- Reactive. This time again my VDRL came positive, but in further test, TPHA came Non-reactive. Please guide what should I do. All reports are attached.
