Weight gain body smell mood swings , irregular periods, Please suggest if any other test is required

Hello, today after masterbating I went to pee and my whole urine was blood red and 2 clot of blood came out I have no pain, and after few hours there was no visible blood I got my urine tested and it says RBC- Plenty I still have no kind of pain , Can anyone tell me what this problem is?

My sister is of 11 years old. Yesterday she was complaining of stomach ache from morning but we thought is was normal. Then in the afternoon she had blood stains on her lower. We thought this was her menarche, although it is too early for an 11 year old to get her first period.But after that she stopped bleeding and stomach ache was also gone till today's morning and she hasn't bleeded from that time. We are not sure whether the blood was due to her menarche or anything else because yesterday her lower had blood all over but today its clean and she isn't complaining anything. Is this normal?
