Breast pain
I know its normal before periods one can feel breast pain. But is it normal when i start to feel the pain 8 days after my periods are over and the pain remains till the next period starts. Please let me know if i need to get a physical check. Because i cannot bear any pressure on my breasts as it starts to pain with any little pressure. Also the touch in both feels different now. In Lower side of breasts i feel like knots. I dont know as i have recently lost almost 8.5 kgs weight through diet.
