Hello, i m getting heavy periods pain, took usg of pelvis. Here is report, kindly suggest wat to take, my endometriosis has reoccurd. I have one yr baby.

My wife has rubella IgG at 60.3 and rubella IgM 10.0. She is unable to conceive even after trying for 4 months. Thyroid profile, Vitamin B12 and D3 are normal. Ultra sound is also normal. What is the relationship between rubella teat and infertility?

Trying to conceive since oct 2020. Conceived in December 2020. Had miscarriage in Feb 2021. Medical abortion. In mar-april i had midcycle spotting which lasted for 5 days. Till july my periods were on date regular. This month LMP 18/7/2021.Spotting since 29/07/2021 which is not stopping. I consulted my OB. She prescribed Progynova 2mg twice and thrice for ten and next ten days followed by modus tablets for 5 days. Started taking since 5th aug 2021. Still spotting brown discharge. Kindly suggest.
