Pain in lower abdomen
I have lower abdominal cramps from past 4 days and lower back pain as well. It's been 9 months after delivery. May I know what could be the reason. It's a dull pain and I have yellow n white discharge as well. Please help

It could be pre menstrual pain.. or could be due to pelvic infection
