My breast size is not increasing, kind of flat chest and difference between left and right breast. Right is very small and seems flat while left is bit better and doesnt seem flat

During my period, i experience extreme pain in my lower butt. It is as in something is pulling itself down, and cause extreme pain as in knife poking. It happens all the time during my periods and often on 3-4 days, not necessarily the initial 3-4 days. It goes with a pain killer mostly, but sometimes doesn't affect that also. My periods are also very elongated upto 9-10 days sometimes. I read on the Internet that these are symptoms of endometriosis. Is that a possibility? How to be sure?

I am an unmarried girl. My periods started when I was 15 and now my age is 26. There is a gradual decrease in the quantity of blood flow that happens during periods.. On the first day, blood flow is very less, on 2nd day its better and for next 2-3 days only spotting is there. First I thought it was due to low Hb but its 11.5.. Ehat can be the reason and how ro treat it. Please help!
