Hello Doctor! I am 21 yrs old. I am suffering from severe unbearable stomach pain during my periods. I experience this pain only on the first day. I can't sit, stand, sleep or do any work. To relieve this unbearable pain, every month on the first day of my periods I take Meftal Spas. I am scared if I get addicted to pain killers. Kindly suggest me some solution so that I get rid of this pain for the lifetime or taking Meftal Spas is fine?! Thank you.

My periods are quite regular for every 28 days. bt I missed my periods in this month. I used to hit the gym bt stopped from this march. my last period was on march 1st. I dnt have any thyroid problem. got tested..pls help me... Regards, Bindu

Hi, I am a 31 year old married woman for 4 years. I and my husband are planning to have a baby now, for which we have started trying last month however I got my periods on 23rd of this month. My monthly cycle is usually of 35 days but since January it has been exact 30 days. I want to know the do's and dont's for conceiving and my most fertile days. I have no major health problems and lead a healthy life style. I usually take stairs to work, so should I avoid that to conceive? And, should avoiding caffeine would help?

Dear Doctor, I am a mother of 10 year old boy deliver was via C section after a 9 years I gave a birth to a beautiful baby girl on Sept 15 , 2015 again via c section but unfortunately lost her just after a month , now i again want to conceive as soon as possible is it ok to conceive just after 7 months specially when you have c section . I am also a patient of hypothyroidism. Also how many c sections are good to go for a woman . Regards Aarushi

I'm 22 unmarried girl. I have noticed that my clitoris became sensitive and itchy just after after my periods. I'd scratch and think it be over but whenever I lay down in bed it use to get out of control. Is it infected ? I'm scared
