Hello, passage of clots during periods suggest heavy bleeding , there are few conditions that can cause heavy bleeding, Hormonal imbalance, DUB, fibroids, reproductive tract infections, anemia, PCOS, Thyroid problems, etc all can be managed with medicines, kindly take her to any gynecologist to find the cause first.
