Intermenstrual bleeding
My wife age 30 she is suffering from intermenstrual bleeding first time in her life, she is mother of two children last birth 2019, her cycle is normal 30 to 32 days, her last menstrual cycle started 16 may 2025 this month but yesterday on 27 th may she noted some brown color passing through urine and at evening time some bleeding happening like mc not so much of that but bleeding, she not taken any emergency birth pill , she is not pregnant because we are not together from 2 months, so what happened is it normal or anything serious from yesterday evening till now little spotting bleeding happening, please tell what is this and is it normal??
