Hi, I am 26+ years, i am blessed witha baby boy in 2014, my problem is that i hav e severe back ache 03-04times in a week, also my periods are also on freuent basis, last i had periods on 04th apr this month now yesterday again i have periods after the gap of 15days, which is not good at all for my health. kindly suggest what to do. I am an unmarried girl. My periods started when I was 15 and now my age is 26. There is a gradual decrease in the quantity of blood flow that happens during periods.. On the first day, blood flow is very less, on 2nd day its better and for next 2-3 days only spotting is there. First I thought it was due to low Hb but its 11.5.. Ehat can be the reason and how ro treat it. Please help!

I try everything to get my periods on time but they come alternate month so what to do? And what may b the cause of it?
