Polycystic ovaries n irregulare periods. I gain weight a lot. I have my belly fat. Doc also told i hv cholestrol in ovaries. and recommended me for a healthy diet. So i kindly request u to suggest me wat is good to eat.

I am having irregular periods.I have consulted doctor she told me because of pcos you are getting irregular periods..She told me as u r unmarried we can't go through hormone balance procedure..now its better for u wait for 45 days if u r n't getting periods then take meprate 10 mg for 5 days..u will get periods.for last 3 months I am taking meprates tablet.Is there any problem?

Hi.. I have been diagonised with pcos and fatty liver issues.. I have a normal walk for about 20min... and also in evening aerobics exercise for 45min 5days a week.. the weight loss has become very difficult inspite of keeping food in control and regular exercise.. need to reduce weight soon as weight gain has become a depressing factor in life...

I have pcos and i know treatment can be done only after loosing weight but i have tried everything i am not loosing weight so is there any medicines u can prescribe so that it will help me in loosing weight.

Irregular period,some time it continue for whole month and some time it does not come.in report it was hormonal imbalance.how can i cure this

I've been getting severe period cramps and excruciating pain, three years after I got my first period. The pain is so bad it disables me, but it lasts only for about a few hours (3-4), along with nausea during the first day. Is there any cause for this and how do I manage this pain. Painkillers don't seem to be very effective.

I 31old female I had pcod due to this irregular periods I had My gynec had pit me on crisanta for 6monyhs I have finished the course I was supposed to get my periods 3days back But still not occurred. My UPT is negative Iam.worried

I suffer from irregular periods since the onset of menstruation cycle. My cycle started at the age of 14 and its been 9years that its still irregular. The irregularity fluctuates from 2months to 6months max. Therefore there is always a gap of 2-6 months between two periods.I even tested for pcod but my ovaries are free from any cysts. Please give me a solution or tell me is it a sign of anything bad or not.

8 months back I started developing acne and at the same time irregular menses which Is quite irregular from the beginning, but used to get by 45th day. But from 8 months I get once in 2 months. In that two times when I went for treatment I was treated for my other diseases which use to develop during the periods. First time It was throat infection. After treating this , I got date. After two months Urinary track infection, After treating this I got date. So My irregular period was never treated. Acne developed intensely and visited dermatologist. He suggested blood test for all the hormonal imbalance and ultrasound. Result was normal for blood test ! but Ultrasound showed multiple cyst in ovaries, fibroid in uterus, Enlarged ovaries. Now I have to visit gynecologist with this test ! but whom to trust, what if they make to run another 5 times until they collect enough money and leave me with no solution? Its been one year I am suffering! In deep distress ! need advice from an ethicalone
