Hi from Feb my periods r irregular after feb I had in April 23 Rd than June 28 th recently did all medical tests no thyroid but very less blood 7.5 hemoglobin and im not able to sleep I'm taking proper food on time doing excesise and all now from June 28th July 6 almost 9 days my periods r regular little bit worried it's almost 9 days and continuing not using any medicines only taking healthy food please suggest

I am 27yr female and having vomiting on first day of period from past 4 months. Before that I used to take meftal spas for one day becz I usually have cramps on first day. After leaving the medicine I am having cramps with vomiting. Which last for one day or few hours. Is it normal? I am getting married soon. One of my friend scared by saying it can be PCOD. My BMI is normal and on first day of period having this pblm. Periods are regular and cycle varies from 23 to 26 days. Please suggest.

I was hoping to take following medicine on regular basis... Primosa Cod liver oil capsules Fish oil capsules Just want to confirm if it's fine to take these on regular basis or should I avoid any one of them and what could be dosages. P.S. I consumed PRIMOSA and COD LIVER capsules on daily basis 3-4 years back(on prescription) during my PCOD and cyst diagnosis for 3-4 years Please help Thanks

I am having a little pain in the lower stomach since 3 days. I had my periods on last Thursday and it was jus spots and no bleeding. Immediately after periods, a white creamy discharge started coming which is not smelly. I sometimes feels a little discomfort cant say it is pain at my urinating part. I have pcod.

I want to know how get rid of pcos and thyriod ( current level 6.11) I have got my treatment done from atleast 3 doctors for pcod, but its cured till i take medicine and it comes back when i leave the medicine. Please suggest me what should i do
