My husband has vitamin d deficiency...so is it recommended for him to take vitamin d supplement during preconception period.. Does any sort of vitamin deficiency have any impact on baby long term??? Pls advise

Ever since i moved to Bangalore i am facing issues with periods i moved in nov 2015 in December and January 2016 i got periods oftenly delayed by 2, 3 days but in February i did not get periods i.e i skipped one month then i went back home in march and on second day at home i got periods. After coming back from home in April and may i got periods again delayed by 2 ,3 days of my normal cycle and then now in June i did not get i.e again skipped. I am not getting what is happening this never happened to me before. Previously it happened that my cycle was delayed by 2 3 days but not getting periods for whole one month never happened to me.I want to know the reason for it and the best doctor who can look into it.

From Feb my periods r irregular I had in April 23rd and June 28 th recently did all medical tests no thyroid less blood 7.5 hemoglobin and not able to sleep properly and I gained weight from Feb to June was 53 now 61 kg now from June 28 th to till today July 6 th almost 9 days periods r regular it should be 3 to 5 days little bit worried and I'm not using any medicines taking healthy food and excesise and sleeping well before no periods and now it's almost 9 days please suggest

I had been diagnosed with PCOD 5 years ago. I discontinued the medication as my periods started getting regular. Once in a while I had problem of regualr cycle.got go a sonography done again 2 years ago. But it showed no cysts in either ovary. My periods without medication started being regular again. Now since last 2 months I haven't gotten them yet. My thyroid levels are normal. What should be done? Kindly guide me for the same. If possible for the time being a over the counter medication as my funds are low for investigations and consultation right now. Thank u.

Im 17 wewk preg. Having lower abdomen discomfort and some time pricking like on one side of lower abdomen It wil b wen gettimg up from chair or sitting on chair after standing for a while I tested for urine routine test it showed pus cells but urin culture test was negative. Kindly guide on this pain is common??

I just noticed my urine and it appears to be a bit milky. Its not the usual transparent/clear yellow or white urine it is. I remember ejaculating a lot this week. Please let me know what you think i should do

What can be maximum endometrium thickness just prior to menses date? My last menses were on 10th June. On 28th june, I had USG done,which showed 11 mm endometrium thickness. And today that is 6th July, it's 28 mm. My gynaecologist said that it's premenstrual. But still I am worried. I would like a second opinion. I am 24years old and unmarried.
