Advice on medication
I was hoping to take following medicine on regular basis...
Primosa
Cod liver oil capsules
Fish oil capsules
Just want to confirm if it's fine to take these on regular basis or should I avoid any one of them and what could be dosages.
P.S. I consumed PRIMOSA and COD LIVER capsules on daily basis 3-4 years back(on prescription) during my PCOD and cyst diagnosis for 3-4 years

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Yes you can take them regularly but as such its not required to take too frequently.
You can take it ince a day after dood for 10 days and then do not take for the remaining month then again for 10 days would be enough.
Have a high protein diet and drink lots of water.
Exercise daily.
