Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My two month old has a dry cough, horse cry, tiny pimple like dots near his nail beds.his been coughing for a few days. His cry sounds different, kind of hoarse. He also has tiny white dots on his hands where his nails grow from. My doctor wont answer.
