Asked for Male, 5 Years

My 5 year child have cough, but no 'kafam. As per doctor's instruction we tried montec kid, but there was no change, again another doctor;s instruction we given ALASPAN AE for 5 days after that 2-3 days there was no problem, but now again started coughing, and today he vomited but not much. can you please advise.
