Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

I am having cough and little vibration feeling in chest while breathing (mostly at night or morning) and metallic taste when coughing. As told by a doctor i did a course of cetcip l and the symptoms subsided. But after 1 day of completing the course the symptoms were back. Is it something serious? Please help.
