I have been coughing from last 6 year which is accompanied by sneezing ,running nose etc..I can also find goosebumps in my hand due to sneezing..also I have to throw a lot of white mucus from my mouth...there is also one thing i will like to share when i go to kitchen the smell of some food items disturbs me and makes me cough..

You seem to be suffering from allergic airway which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays along with steroid bronchodialator inhalers. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
