I have facing problem of acidity and dry cough last two year annually cough started me September month

My father is having cough problem since past 10-12 days. Although, medicines are given along with nebulizer and steam. It has resulted into lower cough but whenever he is coughing, he is feeling very much pain in chest and abdominal. After every time he coughs, he is complaining of low breathing and weakness. But after 15-20 minutes, he says that i am. Fine now. We are checking SpO2 level also every 3-4 hours. It is sometimes 88, then 84, then 90, then 85...it revolves around 80-90 evertime. What should we do now, we are not understanding. Should we give him the oxygen concentrator, or should we consult the doctor. Or all this is happening due to cough problem and it will go away with cough. Please suggest what is to be done. I am enclosing his previous prescription too.

Dr proscribed meftal taxim Alex P syrup He said wait for one day Is it ok should I go another hospital bcz fever is high kid Is not accepting food from eyes water come bcz of heat. Plz give sugetions or suggest medicine..?

My daughter is 9.5 years old and her weight is 28kgs. She is getting fever since Saturday morning. Today is 3rd day. Fever goes to upto 101 with chills. It then comes down when given ibugesic plus after 1 hour. Afer 4.5 to 5 hours of giving medicine, fever occurs again and we have to give medicine again. She also has runny and stuffy nose. We are giving her Timnic for cold, tixylix for cough, ibugesic plus for fever. Today doctor has also given Azee 200 syrup once a day. Please suggest how long would fever take to go away and the child to feel better. Is the treatment sufficient and are any tests required as well.

My son is 3 n half months old now and he is suffering from cough and cold from past 3 days now. When I visited paediatrician, he prescribed below two medicines 1. Sy. Piritexyl LS junior ( 3ml for 3 times a day in gap of 7-8 hours) 2. Drops T minic ( 0.3ml 2 times a day for 5 days) After giving these, there's no sign of improvement. And even noticed that after giving 1st syrup, he is crying a lot and is restless. Kindly advise asap please!!

PROBLEM : My boyfriend is having fever which is on off. Sometime he's having 102° fever and sometime it's 97°. He is sweating maximum time. His stomach is cramping. He is having cold and runny nose. He is feeling weak. Is coughing but have sore throat. HISTORY : Past : He is suffering from fever, cough and cold, common cold and all these type of since childhood. He had mumps when he was 12. and whenever he sleep in the afternoon, mainly in cloudy weather he caught cold. Even if he stays in water for long time he gets cold. Recent : Body pain and chest pain added recently. He recovered from fever (caused from gas) 3 days ago. OTHER AREA: He often suffers from indigestion. And when it happens his body temperature rises. Bodyache, headache, abdominal pain and nausea are common. MEDICATION : he is taking calpol 650 (3-4 times) and cough syrup, plenty of water and orsl. My question is, what should I do now? How to take care of him In future so he don't  suffer often and that much.

My lo is 7 days shy of turning 3m. He is suffering from cold, cough and wheezing from past 3 weeks and pead has initially prescribed wikoryl 0.5 ml 3 times, kufril L S 0.5 ml 3 times, even after which cold and cough didn't reduce then doc prescribed alaspan 2.5ml (only at night), welminic 1 ml, wikoryl 3 times each and duolin 1ml + 1ml saline water nebulization with which there was slight improvement in wheezing and cough but the doc again changed the medicine to deriphyllin syrup 2 ml 3 times and omnocotil 2 times a day along with nebulization. There was no weight gain during this span plus breastmilk intake got considerably reduced. Now he has goopy eyes also due to infection.. we need a second opinion regarding the medications and treatment.. kindly help.

I have allergic mild cough due to which I cough throughout the day (but its dry and mild). I have been coughing for 2month before I got this diagnosis. My question is - how long will Odimont-FX take to work? Its been 5 days my cough has 50% improvement only.

I have dry cough due to cold, While sleeping I coughed in front of my sleeping baby twice are there chances that he might also get cough since he was sleeping???I am worrying that he might get an infection through I accidentally coughed in front of him.baby is 4 months old
