Relax. I feel continue it for 24 hrs otherwise we start mox. Use kadda containing ginger, jaggery, lovang, tusi leaves , a few black pepper whole and boil it .after cooling it gid the child this concoction.you can give 2-3 times in a day. Must feed the child small frquent feeds .you may give even chocolates for enegy and anti oxidants. But clean his teeth with tooth brush and any tooth paste.
Next Steps
Will be alright . I have already mentioned Mox soluble tablets 125 mg three times a day for 4 days.

Is the child playful when fever is not there ? If not playful, take another opinion. Otherwise, wait till tomorrow

Viral fever can gave symptoms of watery discharge. The doctor has anyway started antibiotics. So please wait for one more day for the effect of antibiotics. If still no improvement, please show a doctor nearby and get blood and urine tests done
