Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

I have been going through cough n cold and its 2 weeks that coughing increased. I have been using Zedex cough syrup. Today morning after washroom I had vomiting type of feeling and it was hurting and i got some bright blood in phelgem, felt lil weak for 10 mins. after 30 mins I am feeling ok. Pls suggest.

I am suffering cough problem from last 2 week ,after using the syrup coughing get slow, something it's feelings like vomiting.yesterday night I vomiting 2 3 times,that time I observe all cough throwing out with food. I am having cough for last 3-4 days. Excessive coughing and mucus is of greenish brown color. From yesterday i am having shivering kind of thing, but no fever and cold. If i am holding something my hands are shivering. Could it be BP problem. I have been diagnosed for pnumonoia three years back. And dont have BP problem till now. Plz suggest..
