Sometimes i have notice to much sneezing in morning time rather than whole day is due to allergy ? However no more runny nose or cough or fever just sneez and it goes in one or two day without any medication.

Can I take montek LC daily once  for 3-4 months(in winter) due to seasonal allergies such as cold, cough ,fever?? As I get these symptoms frequently due to tonsil problems.
