Can I take montek LC daily once  for 3-4 months(in winter) due to seasonal allergies such as cold, cough ,fever?? As I get these symptoms frequently due to tonsil problems.

Long term anti allergic medications doesn't give u maximum effect as your body becomes tolerant to those medications. Yes taking it for a short interval does help.
