Long term Side effect of Montek lc tablt

I have problem of allergy. Quite frequently or i should say on daily i have problems like Running nose , sneezing ,sore throat and itching in eyes. Once a doctor prescribed me Montek lc tablet for a month and really helped. I want can i take same medicine again for a month or so? Or what are or what be the side of the same if i'll consume this tablet a long period of time?

Montek LC contains monteleukast and levocetrizine. Cases of cholestatic hepatitis, hepatocellular liver injury, and mixed-pattern liver injury have been reported, mostly occurring in combination with other confounding factors (eg, use of other medications, administration to patients who had underlying potential for liver disease [eg, alcohol use or other forms of hepatitis]) Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders: rebound pruritus-pruritus within a few days after discontinuation of cetirizine, usually after long-term use (eg, months to years)
