In both brand same components montelukast and levocitrezine .
So you can take it either.
Take 2 times a day and use cough syrup for cough.
Take steam 2 times and do salt water gargles 2 times.

Ya u can take but try to find the Same brand most of the drugs are bio equivalent which means u can use a drug from various brands but some drugs like phenytoin are not bio equivalent so we have to use the brand which is recommend by doctor
