Hello,
This looks like Allergic Rhinosinusitis.
The arrow pointing towards a nasal mass in your shared picture is inferior turbine hypertrophy which is just a price of bone covered by a mass which gets swollen commonly in allergic conditions
Next Steps
Visit nearby ENT Surgeon and get complete nasal check up done.
Hi,
Occassional nasal blockage is quiet a normal phenomenon. It frequently shifts the sides as per the nasal cycle. However frequent nasal blockage on only one side can be due to some problem in nose. As far as your throat problem is concerned it can be due to reflux or some infection. But the picture you shared do not show any frank infection. The tonsill on left side is showing a small tonsillolith which is due to food particles getting traped in tonsils. As a home remedy I will suggested you to warm saline gargles for few days and take steam inhalation. This shall be alright.
However if symptoms persists please do consult online.
