Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My son 2.9 years old , last 2days he has cough and fever  was vomiting to , doctor prescribed levolon, ibugesic plus and ziprax dry syrup , but after 2days  fever decreaseed after taking medicine, coughing is Not decreasing, it's continuous , more while sleeping and with in room, outside of house not coughing, today doc prescribed omnacortil forte 2.5 ml 3times for 6days .. is it ok to take this medicine for below 3years age?

I have dry cough from last 10 days. RTPCR was negative, consulted with ENT in practo app she give me Allegra M, and cough syrup , 70 % relieved from medicine but at night time in sleeping position dry cough goes severe,I m 7 month pregnant and h/o sickle cell disease. please suggest me what should I do?

I inflected with covid at the month of January.recovered in Feb 1st week. From last 4days iam suffering with cough with mucus.Iam using Montek LC ,Azithromycin and Tossex syrup .Today morning controll 75% cough but my fore head eyes paining .I have dns problem and spar in nose . I've been observing my mother (44 yrs) getting fever (3 days) that goes down on consumption of paracetamol and then cough (not continuous) for the past 2 days with no traces of fever. She took tab dolo 650 and stopped taking after showing no symptoms of fever.  Should I be worried? Causing much stress due to the on going Covid crisis. Will fever and cough happen at different times and fluctuate like this for corona? Should she continue with dolo or any cough syrup?
