Hi Dr, my son( age 1.6yrs and 9.5kg weight) is suffering from vomiting (started last Sunday afternoon) and loose motion (Mondaymorning). Later fever is added along with these disease. I have consulted with doctor and he gave "paracetamol pediatrics oral suspension 250" and requested us to give 3ml thrice a day. And "cefpodoxime & potassium coagulant" also twice a day(2.5ml- 0 - 2.5ml). We started giving Every 4.5hrs paracetamol and tonight only gave 2.5ml cefpodoxime mix as per instruction. I have monitored the temperature and always more than 100.5,101.2,102.3,101.5 etc. Whenever we gave para, his temp gets down and we are using wet clothes and wiping. After 4hrs, again the temperature increasing, Still no improvement on fever and vomit and loose motion. We are worrying and scared... Pls help us.

Doctor my last period was jan 10 and ends on 12th. This month period date was Feb 8th but I didn't get it. I asked doctors previous they said to wait for one week and take a pregnancy test. Today I am having light lower abdomen pain it makes be comfortable.. and feel like bleeding and no bleeding but only wetness. Is there any problem why do I get lower abdomen pain. Having pain while making roti for holding belan, hand pain after cleaning utensils, pain while moping, pain thumb and swell that nerve on the thumb to wrist line, pain whil dry wet cloth on the wire, pain while doing normal housewhole work and lifting. My lips peels off in a cycle of 4 days . My lips become white when wet with water and becomes hard after some days, makes me difficult to speak or eat. I have been suffereing from since 2017, i took appointments of many dermatologist. But none of them able to cure my disease. They provide steriods cream and vitamin tablets which just provide temporary relief. Once i stop using cream , peeling repeats. I have done blood test as said by physician, my blood test is normal , all vitamins and minerals are normal. I am hopless and seems like my future is dark. Is reliable treatment available apart from useless sterioids  ?

I am facing some discomfort in my penis near head and foreskin for 3-4 days. it seems it is dried and foreskin is stuck on head and while touching it feels dry. While masturbation Also it feels not easy to pull my foreskin much as I used to earlier. In normal state it feels like sticky rubber on head. There is no pain while urination or masturbation. Currently it is very hot and humid climate and I feel my genital area wet with sweat most of time. I don't see any kind of infection in these area. I have seborraheic dermatitis which has been diagnosed by a dermatologist earlier 2 years ago. Also, since 4 years, I have been suffering from a slightly wet flaky skin in my genital region which causes an itch sometimes. Also, when I rub my fingers over my scrotum/area near my thighs, skin wears off with it. I visited a dermatologist 2 months ago for the same. She recommended using Desowen lotion, which I used but with gaps on alternate days(due to my casual attitude). Now, I have discontinued it's use for the last 15 days. Since then the itch has increased, now whenever it happens, it's very discomforting. Also, the skin on the scrotum remains reddish in texture and I have curly pubic hair which are a little sharp along the length(diagnosed by the doctor who prescribed Desowen). Now from the last few days, the flaking has increased a few centimetres along my thighs. Please suggest a remedy for the same.

Today i had head bath with shampoo. i know whenever we shampoo we have to mix shampoo in water after that we have to apply that on our hair. We do not apply shampoo directly on our hair. i follow this. if whenever i shampoo i mixed shampoo in water after i apply that on my hair. But today i poured shampoo directly on my wet hair. i didn't mix shampoo in water i didn't add water in shampoo.
