Help doctor. My daughter who's 4 drools in the night. She does have a bit of an allergy and nose blocks sometimes. We used to treat her with montair lc for almost a year. But it's not bad now. Of late, I have seen excess salivation while she speaks and she plays with saliva in her mouth. It's not drooling but there's definitely excess. Her growth is normal. She talks non stop. Her speech is normal. No other health related issues except digestive problems once in a while. She's good at school too. Her lips don't seem very wet either. But sometimes there's saliva when she speaks. She says there's saliva that comes when she speaks sometimes. Her teeth is normal. I wanted to check if I should worry, if this is a neuro condition or can I wait a while to see if it gets better. Do advice. Thank you

Hello doctors, I had torn my acl and meniscus while playing football two years ago, I am a professional football player and I  undergone surgery after six months of injury. It has been 19months since surgery and I still feel instability in my knee.. I couldn't play football on my full potential, it feels like the knee will give up and I will fall down. In less words, my knee is not supporting me completely. I don't have any problem while doing any daily activities i can bend it perfectly but when it comes to doing sudden movements, consider if there is wet somewhere, I have not seen it, and I slips suddenly, the instability occurs. Or zig zag movement in football cause me to fall too. My knee is not completely supporting me and I couldn't play perfectly. Please suggest me some helpful ways with which I can get my strength back.

I am a 20 years old female. I have pcos. 5 months ago i stopped taking Krimson (the birth control my gynaecologist had prescribed me) to see if I get normal periods. And I so happened that my periods were back and regular (32 day cycles) and I had no acne or weight gain. And my discharge would get slippery and stringy near the time of supposed ovulation and after that it would dry up and be negligible until periods. I take supplements like Inositol, folate, vitamin d, etc. This month My discharge was irregular. It has been slippery and wet and stringy all throughout, and it's only now (around the 23rd day) when I'm experiencing some decrease in my discharge. Is this cycle anovulatory? If yes, what could be the possible reason behind it? And what should I do to avoid it in future?

Everything went well on my medication with letrozole. On 13day of my cycle follicle size 22mm and give hcg trigger shot on same day. But don't know when did I ovulate.. had intercourse on 13,14th day once and 15th day twice. Before ovulation my temperature 97.1 and now 98.1 that means on 19th day. But my discharge is different from temperature not like egg white or stretchable o r gummy. Its like wet powder. Is it means my egg not fertilized? I'm under gone with progesterone tablets... Why they suggested.. is fertilization can detected through veginal scan?

Hello. I have 2 points to ask 1. Can vials named as 1dram,2dram etc be re-used to store a different homeopathic remedy in form of globules if they have been used for a remedy initially. I feel the smell of old remedy is still there. 2. To get rid of this smell, I used to wash the vial with water and take it to doctor for refill of new remedy in globules, but last time she told me that she can't put globules in wet bottle. Is it true that efficacy of homeopathic medicine will be reduced ?,if there are few drops of water in the vial and then globules are added on top of it to finally put the homeopathic dilution. I am worried that I did take remedies in past with some water inside the vial, if those remedies would have been effective or not.
