Vomiting and loose motion and fever. Us.

Hi Dr, my son( age 1.6yrs and 9.5kg weight) is suffering from vomiting (started last Sunday afternoon) and loose motion (Mondaymorning). Later fever is added along with these disease. I have consulted with doctor and he gave "paracetamol pediatrics oral suspension 250" and requested us to give 3ml thrice a day. And "cefpodoxime & potassium coagulant" also twice a day(2.5ml- 0 - 2.5ml). We started giving Every 4.5hrs paracetamol and tonight only gave 2.5ml cefpodoxime mix as per instruction. I have monitored the temperature and always more than 100.5,101.2,102.3,101.5 etc. Whenever we gave para, his temp gets down and we are using wet clothes and wiping. After 4hrs, again the temperature increasing, Still no improvement on fever and vomit and loose motion. We are worrying and scared... Pls help us.
