My baby had viral fever 10 days before had treatment for the same . Gave him ibugesic syrup .but after that he had small red rash around his eye and its itchy also the skin in that area looks dry . Is it allergy to medicine ? And having rash since 7-8 days

My baby is 5 months old. She is having loose stools for the past 10 days. Poop is  frothy and greenish.. only sometimes it is yellow. She is on breastfeeding and 2 times per day formula milk.
