I have started my weight gain process after one year after getting recovered from my reflux slowly the only problem i have now is stomach gas, since i am taking heavy foods bt not large meals, please suggest me a digestion syrup so that i can get rid of this and have a normal life, currently few Dr suggested me Himcocid and digestol from Ayurveda shop, pls suggest and help me doctors

Today she shallowed the cotton elastic, she started vomiting 2-3 times evening after given lukewarm water with salt next vomit that elastic came out but after this she again vomited 2 times only water came out, we have given vomikind syrup once. Is there anything problem or I need to wait if any vomit should go to clinic please suggest
