The area is very itchy and like this there were few in my legs and thighs. The one I am attaching is in the cough muscle. Please suggest how to get rid of this

Iam 34 yrs old 4days back got cold, cough and fever after 2 days fever is gone but nose is blocked and soar throat is there and  one day i coughed hard after that my throat got irritating and after that day early morning red clour like blood is coming while coughing (3 or 4 time)after that full day blood is not coming only cough from past 2 days and unable to talk properly because of soar throat

I sometimes feel pain in my breastbone and in back. No other symptoms. I don't feel any discomfort while breathing or coughing. Pain come and go. I also have acidity problem.
