Not sure if this is Lichen Planus
The area is very itchy and like this there were few in my legs and thighs. The one I am attaching is in the cough muscle. Please suggest how to get rid of this

There are scaling visibly available, and itching is there. But not a plaque formation like LP or not purplish either. Fir better evaluation and specific treatment I would like to have some detailed history and some history taking need to be done.
