Hi im 22 weeks pregnant. the other day i found my underpants very wet and the urine leaking uncontrollably.. i met my doctor and she prescribed medicines.. but i really wanted to know is this common for pregnant women during the end of 2nd trimester ?? does this happen due to UTI ?? I am 30 year old male,suffering from frequent nightfall / wet dreams from 10 years.Frequency is 2-3 times a week and 10-12 times a months its  seems to be very high frequency. Me and my husband have difficulty in having intercourse. I feel my vaginal opening is small and it is difficult to insert. We tried using fingers as we read somewhere that gradually increasing the number of fingers expands the opening. But in my case, inserting more than one finger becomes difficult and painful. So I used a q-tip last night and I think I pushed some wax further into my ear, my hearing was muffled immediately and I was hoping sleeping it off would help. The next morning it was the same, so I used wet q-tips in the shower, tried to let water from the shower head irrigate my ear all to no sucess. It’s been a few hours now and the problem is the same. Should I let a few days go by? Could it naturally drain and unclog?
