Muffled hearing, clogged ear
So I used a q-tip last night and I think I pushed some wax further into my ear, my hearing was muffled immediately and I was hoping sleeping it off would help. The next morning it was the same, so I used wet q-tips in the shower, tried to let water from the shower head irrigate my ear all to no sucess. It’s been a few hours now and the problem is the same. Should I let a few days go by? Could it naturally drain and unclog?

You seem to have pushed wax deep into the canal using ear buds. It won't resolve on its own normally and you may need to visit nearby ENT specialist so that he can remove it safely under vision. You can try applying Otorex ear drops for few days
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
