Radiating heat
Temperature room is approx 70 degrees wake up and my chest is soaking wet 4 days in a row woke tonight and I could literally feel heat radiating off my chest felt with palm of my hand feels like 100 degrees could be felt in around 4 inches away from my skin no pain with this at all.

It's summer, it's NATURAL. If u take plenty of liquids n light diet so residue is very less so BMR is less as residue is less.so less heat generate. Or go for a cooler or AC
