When I shampoo my hair or oiling my hair 50-70 hair fall occurred....but all side my hair is present but when I wet my hair then hair fall ocuured....can I take biotin ....is it safe ....for strong hair and thicken my hair is it safe or not..

My hair is constantly falling at a huge rate specially from the area where I open ,,माँग. During taking bath when my hair are all wet I can clearly see my scalp .My hair is very thin and constantly losing it's black color. I only use oil once a week and shampoo 1 or 2 times a week
