I have delivered via c section .18 days after c section Yesterday   I have pain in urine and frequently urinating. every 5 minutes i am going for urine. I am drinking plenty water but still urine infection came.but colour of urine is white only and having pain. I have taken citralem syrup(disodium hydrogen citrate syrup) without consulting doctor.I have used this syrup during  pregnancy  to avoid  urine infection. So i have used. Is there any problem for my baby while taking this syrup . My breastmilk is only 15ml. I am expressing my milk through  pump that is 15ml.   after giving my milk and immediately i am giving him  formula milk. Does citralem syrup affect my baby. Does this  syrup affect my  breastmilk.
