Stomach ache
I've been having stomach ache since 3-4 days. It is consistent and severe after having a meal . I hv been taking medicines-
-pantocid DSR
-ORDACEF
-meftol
-ulgel syrup
-lactunol syrup
They are effective but still the problem persists
