Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

For last 5 days i have fever that comes and go and small cough and vomiting. I was very weak. By our local physician he prescribed me: Paracetamol 650( 3 times per day) Amoxicilin (2 times per day) Cough syrup Ascorbic acid After taking this tablet for one day almost my fever is gone. But from last night I have constantly cough some times dry and some times mocus. To much coughing I am also again weak. Now what is the treatment for cough? How can i recover from cough?

Have had violent coughing fits for 5 days now. For first two days also had sore throat and felt like normal cold. But past 3 days has just been painful, violent coughing and a bit of nasal congestion. Lymph nodes in throat are swollen. Very tired. Constantly awoken in the night from cough. Have taken cough syrup, cough drops, sudafed, they barely help. Concerned because it is making my throat tender on the outside. I also frequently almost vomit from coughing so hard.

I'm suffering from cold and cough ,every time cold get vanish but cough last long approx 20-25 days or month ,I have to change 3-4 cough syrup for recovering (ps:- high dose cough syrup 3 times a day make me sleepy and feels dizziness ) what to do for early recovery?

I have cough from past 7-8 months, I had tus q cough syrup, grilinctus cough syrup but no use. Have a bit pain in chest while coughing. Sweating, fatigue. I had done the blood test. L.D.H (Sr) is 616 IU/L,       C R P by Quantitative method 6.5 mg/L. What next step should be taken.

My son was having frequent allergic cough n cold and was advised omnicortil syrup 2 times daily for 3 days and after that he started respistrong sachets, after steriod course finished, his motions have increased after drinking respistrong for 2 days, and he is quite sleepy now a days, this never happened, any of the two medicine caused any side effect?

Hi Doctor, my 4 yr old son had turned positive for COVID some 10-15 days back, however he is doing fine now except some coughing specially in the morning. He had been advised Zincovit-7 ml twice, which I religiously gave but he seems to be done with it, his cheeks look bubbly than earlier or so I think. Plz advise when to stop the syrup and if I have given him a high dosage although it was recommended by a young doctor friend. Thank you. And also when to go for a repeat test for negative reports.

Hello sir My son is 46 months old  having cough from 2 weeks.got him nebulizer with bueadacort thrice.sometimes it is wet cough sometimes it's dry cough.cough happens mainly while sleeping.now giving him levolin syrup.no fever or breathing problem.no relief as of now. Doctor here said it can be allergy. Please help and guide is it asthma?? Does it go once he will be 8 or it's just normal cough
