My wife is having a sore throat with fever from last night 18th July 2016.She had gone through kidney stone surgery on 8th July 2016 but her medication is done and was absolutely fine UpTo yesterday. Myself was having sore throat from last 3 days for which I took azee500 along with dola 650, Taxim o 200,Solvin and zedexplus cough syrup. Which medicine should I give it to her? Sir my doctor prescribed lupilyzer syrup,but i get peb-mb6 syrup by medical operator,he said that the content of both the syrup are same.when i intake peb-mb6 syrup,confusion abdomen pain came into effect.may u please advice me what syrup should i intake? Either lupilyzer or peb-mb6?

We were mkg out (standing against a wall) & fully clothed. He wid shorts & jeans, me wid leggings & panty. I touched him down there & felt some wetness (our bodies were close to each other), but I cud not see the wet spot/patch but I cud feel the wetness & his jeans was light blue. I touched myself (fully clothed) 2 check if I’m feeling wet, bt leggings were dry. Only SOME wetness in the panty. He too touched leggings to see if I’m dry & he said yes it was dry. Is there a chance of pregnancy?

Hi doctor My daughter is 6 years old...she oftens complains of leg pain either left leg or right leg below the knees during evening time I consulted paediatric doctor.. he suggested calcium and iron syrup. Calcimax syrup Ironzorb syrup Once i give this syrup...she stops complaining of leg pain...i already gave one month syrup.. Now after stopping the syrup again she started complaining of leg pain For how many months i have to give this syrup Please suggest Thanks

Saturday and Sunday there was mild fever, bit of cold and dry cough. - given paracetamol and cough syrup Monday onwards there was no smell and taste, also high fever (approx 102-103), no cold and no dry cough Started monitoring saturation yesterday: 20th April: 9:30pm fever 100.8, bp- 65/110, heart rate-100, saturation (normal)- 98-99, saturation (after 5 min walk) - 97 21st April: 7:30am - fever 102.8, bp- 70/125, heart rate-108, saturation (normal)- 98, saturation (after walk) - 97 12:30pm - fever 100.2, bp-115/64, heart - rate- 92, saturation (normal) - 97. 2:30pm - fever 102, bp - 127/73, saturation- 95 4:00- fever - 100.6, saturation- 95 6:00 pm - saturation 97

My son 5.8 years, From Aug 2023, is frequently down with cold, cough and fever with his paed prescribing nebulisers (duolin, budecort) and inhalers(foracort). On jan 11, he first complained of stomach pain but I ignored as we were travelling. Pain was once in 2-3 days. he again got fever for 2 days, cold and cough from jan 22nd and was given syrup omnacortil forte from jan 30th as his cough didnt reduce with nebuliser. He got constant stomach pain from feb 3rd and we went for usg which stated mesenteric lymphadenopathy with largest 10.3*7.3 mm in right paraumbilic region. He is currently on antibiotics taxim o forte for 7 days, lanzole and biogermina. We are on 4th day of antibiotics but There is no reduction of pain . He feels pain after meals for 30 secs to a min. No fever, weight loss for now. Will this go away with antibiotics ? Any diet n physical activity restrictions? He likes paneer, chicken but I have stopped all this. He is craving for paneer. Can I give homemade paneer?

Chest Xray showed hyperinflation of lungs but doctor said you might have taken a deep inspiration, and xray looks normal, attached xray. Also attaching pft reports.. Please help me to understand what it is as ent said it early indications of asthma but not developed yet. Medications i am on: AB Phylline 100mg, Alex Syrup, Prustalin(antihistamine) It has reduced my cough almost to zero but i still have phlegm production and post nasal drip mostly. (When i take prustalin it reduces). H/o: - Non smoker - No exposure to chemical fumes - Mother(63) asthmatic - Ige level 440 - esionophils last checked: 10.5% - had frequent tonsil infections in past Please advice. Current symptoms: Cough has subsided greatly but tickling at throat remains, dry cough sometimes, post nasal drip and mucus production in throat which leads me to clear throat multiple times.. So, is the xray and pft normal? And is this asthma? Should I go for inhalers now after this medicine course?

Hello doctor I am 57 years old. Having hypertension (2.5 mg tab a day) , general cholesterol issue (10mg tablet a day) and occassional IBS.(managing with flaxseeds). I am 74 kgs, 5.8 feet height. I WALK 8 TO 10 KMS A DAY IN ONE GO. Now the issue is. NATURE Since 25 years I am addicted to packaged drinking water. so even a ounce of ordinary water causing me immidoate (just in 15 mins) throat infection / sometimes with cough. AND SAME ISSUE IS WITH MAX OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS. So we use packaged water even for cooking. And I don't eat any cold or wet food outside. CURRENT ISSUE from this lockdown  the water was not much good which we are getting since 2 months. So I started drinking hot water. But when o drink plain water (it too local packaged water) I am getting mild throat infection / mild throat congestion.  But no mucus or breathing issues. I am managing with plain steam inhaling and betadin gargle. please suggest some lozenges / medicine

Dear sir is it advisable to go for CT scan at this stage of lockdown and Covid situation? Also I would like to know allergic rhinitis can last for more than 35 days? First 5 days I used Allegra+Nobel cold. Later 10 days 3 anti biotics tablets daily one + montus kind of tablet+spray. Later 7 days cepodem 325 *2.+ sinarest+spray flutiflo. Still there is sometimes slight runny nose but it won't come Down , it won't run it's like minor cold or not surely totally watery. Can rhinitis last for 35 days? My situation contagious? I have no cough soar or headaches. Some pics added. Not sure it is csf? Yesterday one of the doctors asked me if there is drop by drip watery substance from nose. NO there is no such drops when bending head. Or even normal position. NO drops. Slight wetness deep inside. It won't come out even if strongly blow my nose. Morning time while brushing I try blowing and small amount come out I can see on brown paper which is not cloudy but slightly sticky. Not watery.

Can i take kush kanthil ayurvedic tablet as i have sore throat have dryness and was suffering from cold from past so many days.
