Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

Greetings, My daughter aged 18 months old, got severve anaemia 2 months ago and 1 unit of blood transfused. She is having cold and cough fever 2 weeks ago and got recover. Again she is having sudden chills and shivering for 5-10 minutes at late night and body temperature increasing immediately from last 2 days. Given 5 ml of paracetamol syrup then baby is okay after an 1 hour. No fever or chills in day time, playing and eating well whole day. Please advise the reason and auggestion.

My son is 2 and half year old...from past 3 days he is having some breathing issue...in sleep he will breathe normally for 10 mins...later on some snoring sound will come..he will swallow something and then he will sleep...when dat snoring sound comes..looks like his nose is getting blocked ...so he will wake up...he is not sleeping properly bcoz of this. Apart from this when he is awake..he is absolutely normal.. eating..playing etc and all.. no temperature..no cold..no cough also.. But i tried giving sinarest af syrup and naso clear nasal drops..no use... We are in london and here its not so easy to get an appointment...they will give appointment only fr emergency cases..we called our general practitioner.. they said some home remedies like use humidifier...hot steam and nasal drops..and said it will go on its own..but im worried.. he never did like this before.. Please let me know if this is a concern

Dry cough , itchy throat and slight sneezing for two days only on 7th & 8th January. Since 9th January absolutely fine. Medications started from 7th itself. No fever , headache, body ache, loss of smell and taste , runny nose or fatigue. Nothing at all. Maintain natural saturation. Double vaccination done on October 20th. Medications being used - Azibact 500 (1 × 5 days). Cetrizine (1 × 5 days). Vitamin C chewable tablets once a day. Zinconia 50 once a day. Betadine gargle twice a day. Ascoril sugar free syrup thrice a day 10ml post meals. Does she need anything extra in terms of medication ? Or is this enough ? Thanking you in advance.

Hi. My father is feeling cold. (Not running nose) But body feeling cold even after wearing sweater. He went to native recently and just 3 days back came back to Bangalore. It was very cold that side. He got fever. Took dolo 2 times on 14th Dec. It was ok.. But cough was continus so taking reswas syrup from 3 days. Now mainly his cold is not going. He is little worried.  Pls suggest what will be better option in this case. His age is 62 yrs. Weight 35 kgs. Very thin body structure.

Hi doc's, I am on a medication from last 3 months. Symptoms were heavy legs and cramps in legs and hands. Headaches some times. Prescribed medicines were, jubinerv, evion lc,omega d3,by one doctor and by other doctor calvical and mezovit od. Reports for cbc was normal. But from last 7 days i feel like pinch pain in chest, dizziness and headaches. While laughing, sneezing and coughing. Chills observed and goosebumps. leg feel heavy still in morning or late night. I am fedup of the painkillers now. Confusion and headiness, nausea sometimes. Should i do iron test? or can take dexorange syrup and try?

My daughter is 4.5 year old weight 15.5 kg from past 2 days she is suffering from heavy cold, cough and chest congestion . I am giving her Ibugesic plus 5 ml as and when she is getting fever more than 100  and since yesterday I started to give her antibiotics--Cetrizine syrup 3 ml twice a day that is in total 6 ml/day. I want to know if I am giving correct dose of Cetrizine and Ibugesic or not as per her age  and weight.Pleaae confirm. P.S - I stay out of India and I got doctor's appointment for Monday and till then I can't wait so I have started to give her medicine on my own whatever I have brought from India .

Suddenly i am feeling feverish and very warm feeling but when i checked my temperature it shows 97.5- 98 at the armpit but body is very hot.why this type of feeling..one week ago i had cold and my nasal congestion with light throat pain and feverish feeling(97.5 temperature) after taking lemonate gold tablet and brozeet syrup for 2days i feel some relief but i have cough with yellow mucus in the morning. And from yesterday evening i feel light pain on my throat when i swallowing food but not during drinking water. it was very light pain but irritating. Iam doing salt water gargel. Please suggest me some medicines

Dear Doctor I just purchase oxymeter and I was checking myself and my daughters oxygen saturation my oxygen levels are fine but my daughters ( 4 years ) oxygen saturation shows 92, 94, 61, 86, 95, 98 97 it shows different readings. She has no fever, no cough, no breathing problem, she plays well, due to weather change she has little cold, for cold I am giving her corominic syrup. For oxygen saturation levels should i take her to the doctor? Please suggest. Thank you.

I'm in home isolation. Fever 99.5 from 3 days dry cough and shortness of breath. No body aches and other any symptoms. Rapid test negative. Government test still not came.spo2 98. Tabs using azithromycin ,parsnip 650,vitamins.cough syrup started now .shortness of breathe.is there any need to go hospital.when spo2 is 98.i also have anxiety problem from previous only.then also I experience shortness of breath.so corona or anxiety.what causing me shortness of breath. I have tested positive for covid19 last Tuesday. Was feeling very low in energies specially in the morning times. Never had fever, only headache with body pains. Was on a medication ( vitamin c, Azithromycin, zinc and benadryl syrup) suggested by BBMP doctor. Yesterday I had a panick attack and started feeling breathlessness and immediately consulted a physician through practo. Medication is completely updated. I have yet to start taking the new medication But I am having spells of itchiness in lungs and coughing mucus (white and sometime black). My spo2 levels are between 96 - 99.the same bbmp doctor said i am absolitely fine and recovering. But this itchiness and fatigue are worrisome. Do i need to take any extra precautions or is it a sign of recovery? Please help.
