What is the main difference between the covid symptom colud and the other sesional cold . How can we ditect the difference soon

My 3 and half year old baby whose weight is 11 kg.he is suffering from cold fever and cough.doctar prescribed t.98 drops and told to give 1.6 ml when fever is der.but from last 2 days fever is coming back even after giving drops.so I bought t-98 syrupm.but am not understanding in how much quantity I should give the syrup.and how many times since fever is not reducing

I think i have viral fever,since 3 days I have azihromycin tabs and cipla(chest on cold paracetamol) How should i take these meds.and dosages If something more required tell me ...

Hi Doc, On an advise of a senior medicine professor, I have started taking Altacef 500 along with Darolec. Since 7 days I am having repeated fever once in 24 hrs which goes on taking Dolo/paracetamol.Cough and weakness is also there. Please let me know if Altacef 500 and Darolec are suitable for me taking into above Covid symptoms.

I had covid 1 month ago but I had throat problem before covid for 1 month it was dry and itchy during covid I just only lost smell...after 12 days I got smell but my throat is itching like same i've consulted ent specialist but till now my throat is still same is this a pre covid symptom or it will go away with time
